3. Weight Vs. Muscle
Most men pile on the bulk as they grow old. We say, lose that weight and gain some muscle. Make it a point to hit the gym or go for jog daily. This will help you stay fit, in shape and healthy.
4. Dress fashionably
Don’t allow your wardrobe to go bland and boring after a certain age. In fact, do the opposite. Fill your wardrobe with colour and clothes that fit well and look fashionable.
